A wand for when they have little life.
Talents:
If you are lvl33 you should have 2/2 in frost warding, 3/3 in elemental precision, 3/3 in permafrost, 2/2 in improved frost nova, 5/5 in ice shards, 3/3 in piercing ice,
2/5 in shatter, and 3/3 in improved cone of cold.
If you are lvl34 you should have 2/2 in frost warding, 3/3 in elemental precision, 3/3 in permafrost, 2/2 in improved frost nova, 5/5 in ice shards, 3/3 in piercing ice,
3/5 in shatter, and 3/3 in improved cone of cold.
If you are lvl35 you should have 2/2 in frost warding, 3/3 in elemental precision, 3/3 in permafrost, 2/2 in improved frost nova, 5/5 in ice shards, 3/3 in piercing ice,
4/5 in shatter, and 3/3 in improved cone of cold.
What you should do:
First shoot frost bolt at your target so his movement is reduced then keep shooting fireball at him untill he gets close enough to attack you then step back a bit and shoot him with fire blast. After fire blast use Cone of Cold which would take away all of his life if your target is lower then you. If he still has life use Frost Nova and walk back from him so he cant attack you then use your wand to kill off his remainig life.
Repeat process on every monster.
HINT:It is easier to just kill the giant turtles and the sand crocs!
