Grind the Rock Elementals slightly east of Karagath in the Badlands, it's easily accessable to both factions, and yields alot of money through vendor trash, and they often drop elemental earth, which sell for 1g on some servers, after a typical 2-3 hour grind, I have made up-to 10g in drops, I've also had 1 blue drop, and several green drops from this spot, and the elementals yield nice experience.
