To get rid of quest when you have to many here are a bunch of ideas, that you can do in no praticular order.
1: Finish all the quests that are green or white
2: Do the quests that your friends or giuld members have, or have already done
3: Do the quests that are close together
4: Do the quests that get you to new places
5: Do the quests that have the best rewards
6: If you have to drop a quest to get a quick and easy quest do so and then go and get the quest u dropped
7: Do the quests that u have to talk to some one
8: Finish class quests first
9: Do the quests were you have to kill something, and the quests were you have to get something that only certaint creatures drop, ex Kill 15 Murloc Tidecaller and get 10 Spotted Sunfish (which are dropped by murlocs in Redridge Mountains)
10: Do the quests that lead to another quest
11: Get rid of instances quests until you have the chance to go into the instance
